Terms and Conditions for submitting images
westPHOTO and the Universityof Westminster cannot be responsible for any loss or damage to submitted work.westPHOTO and the Universityof Westminster reserve the right to display, reproduce and publish in any media, any entry, without payment, for the sole purpose of the westPHOTO Annual Photography Prize and subsequent exhibition - this year and for three years onwards - including promotion and publicity of the competition. westPHOTO will under no circumstances use submitted images for any other purpose without obtaining the written agreement of the photographer.
No copyright is transferred to westPHOTO and the Universityof Westminster in respect of any works entered or accepted. All images will be credited with the photographers name when used for promotion or publicity.
Each entrant shall be deemed to warrant that they own the entire copyright in the work or that they have permission from the licensee and/or copyright owner/s for the uses and that all necessary model releases and clearances have been obtained before submitting the images.
All relevant clearances must have been obtained for the use of the photographs for publication and exhibition.
Damage or loss to photographs, however caused, are the responsibility of the photographers. westPHOTO and the Universityof Westminster will not be responsible for any loss or damage, whether or not caused by negligence.
